SEND YOUR INFO
- your logo (for color theme reference) and color picks
- menu/price list (names, descriptions, and prices)
- example menu design style
- menu in text or pdf file if possible
- photos of the food items
- other info if you have them
- social media, business info (address, phone, website, hours)
** If there are no photos, I will use stock image I can find for your menu. Please message me if the images you wish is something I could find.
** Please send as much info as possible so the project can be done successfully.
HOW IT WORKS
- first design will be sent within 3 business days of recipient of all of your necessary info.
- maximum of 3 rounds of changes will be made.
- once finalized, a Canva link will be emailed to you. Canva is free and easy to use for future edits.
- to open the design, you will need a Canva account.
- print out the menu at a local or online print shop.
REFUNDS/ RETURNS/ EXCHANGES
If the project has not yet begun, you are eligible for a full refund.
If the project has already started: a 50% refund of the order price will be provided.
If the first draft is delivered: a 25% refund of the order price will be provided.
PROCESSING TIME FOR CUSTOMIZATION
Please note that the order will be marked as completed 2 weeks after the purchase date for smooth timelines for upcoming projects. Please send your info as soon as possible. The design will be sent within 3 business days after I get all the necessary info.
