Is there subscription fees for the templates?

Except for some rare custom design cases, all of our templates are made in Canva. You do not have to pay any fee to use our template on Canva. Guaranteed all of the templates do not require any subscription frees to use.

Is there domain fee for the mini website templates?

There is no need to pay for a domain fee. Free version will be a sub-domain in the form of YOURNAME.my.canva.site. If you wish, however, there is an option for a paid domain. You can either use your own existing domain, or buy one on Canva.

How do I publish a website?

The detailed instructions are in the package. The instructions are really easy to follow.

Can I make changes after publishing my website?

Totally! You can make any changes whenever you like. Just remember to publish it again to reflect the change.

How does a QR code work?

To create a QR code, you will need a website address. QR code recognizes a webpage address, then it will make its own unique QR code pattern based on the webpage address, but not to worry! I have included detailed instructions on how to create a QR code. The instructions are easy to follow.

Do I have to change QR code if I make any changes on the website?

No, you don’t have to. As long as the domain address linked to the QR code stays the same, you can make as many as changes you like, and QR code stays the same.

Is Canva free to use?

Yes it is fee to use! There is also paid version of Canva, but not to worry! All of the templates, or custom designs use all free artworks, objects, fonts, and music file where applicable. So you don’t have to pay a fee!

Can the templates be personalized in different language?

Since Canva supports different languages, the templates can be edited in your language’.

Can I add more music / slides / photos for a slideshow template? Is there a limit on them?

There is NO LIMIT on music / slides / photos for Canva templates. Canva is pretty flexible to use. You can add as many music / slides / photos as you like!
IMPORTANT TO KNOW: As for using your own music, the music has to be in a FILE FORMAT such as mp3 or m4a to import it to the Canva library. Links for itunes, Spotify, or other music streaming can't work.

Some music files are DRM (digital rights management) versions to track down where you use it. If you have music file in DRM version, you won't be able to use it for your slideshow. MAKE SURE to get the file as NON-DRM version.

If you don't have your own music in a file format, alternatively you can use music offered on Canva. You can use free music on Canva, or if you are a Canva subscriber, you will have more music to choose from.

Can I have a template customized?

Yes ABSOLUTELY! For an extra fee, I can customize whatever template you would like.

Can I have a slideshow customized?

Yes you absolutely can! Base customization will be based on 100 photos. If you would like to have more than 100 photos, there will be an extra fee. Please contact Ingenie Sally for a detailed quote.

Can I have my menu customized?

I can customize any kinds of menu. Takeout, printed menu board, website with a QR code, digital menu board, even logos, business cards, signs, posters, labels, etc. You name it! In fact, I can design any kinds of materials for various business owners not only restaurants’.

Can the menu built in any size or vertical / horizontal?

I can build it in any size, small or big, vertical or horizontal. However, it is recommended using TV screen bigger than 32 inches for better legibility for the customers.

I would like my digital menu customized. What info do I need?

How many screens do you plan to use? How big are the screens? Do you have design example you would like your menu to be? Would you like to use your own food images or I can use generic stock images.

Is there any subscription fees for a digital menu?

I use Canva to design your digital menu board. Canva is free to use. There is a paid version of Canva, but you do not need to pay to use it for your menu board. Usually to display digital menu on a regular TV or monitor, you will have to subscribe with a digital menu display service. What you need is a smart TV to display your digital menu for free!

How can I display my digital menu?

You will need a smart TV. Smart TVs have USB slots that can read media files such as image, and videos. Once the design is approved by you, I will send you a Canva link to the menu design, as well as video file for an animated board, or image file for a static board for immediate setup. Download the video / image file in your USB, plug it into your TV, then play! As for animated menus, some TV models show black screen for a second once it does one loop, and then replay. For this reason, I will send you an one-hour long video file so it pauses every one hour.

Can I edit the menu myself?

I totally understand how frequently you have to change your menu! Since I use Canva to design your menu, you can ABSOLUTELY edit it yourself whenever there are changes in the prices, descriptions, number of the menu items, menu names, etc unless you plan to change the layout or food image. Depending on the design, there might some graphic design skills needed to change the layout or food images.
